For over 10 years, we have supported Capita in winning work – particularly on ‘big ticket’ bids. Capita has worked with us, to develop new ways and approaches to winning, by addressing the principles of storytelling and creating a brand narrative to connect emotionally with the client.

We have built enduring relationships with the Capita teams, which enables us to bring creativity, client focus and challenge across every stage of the bidding process. We have a proven track record, with Capita winning more than 90% of the bids we have been involved in.

Solution
By engaging us early, Capita has grown to recognise the value we add in shaping the propositions and differentiation points; our facilitation skills in the planning workshops and storyboarding the question responses as part of win plan development. We also bring tangential pieces such as stakeholder mapping and engagement planning and team coaching – as well as graphic facilitation and recording.
