Background
Entrust is a joint venture between Capita and Staffordshire County Council and delivers education services into schools both regionally and nationally. Established in 2013, Entrust work in partnership with schools, academy trusts and Local Authorities to provide specialist expertise, ensuring every child and young person; receives a good education; is in a safe and healthy environment; and is given expert guidance to realise their full potential.

Brief
Under the guidance of a recently appointed CEO, the Entrust leadership team had developed a vision and strategy to develop the organisation over the coming years. As part of implementing the strategy, a step-change in the organisational mindset, thinking and customer orientation was required, in order to meet Entrust’s growth aspirations.

Solution
We developed a programme of events to bring the strategy and its implementation to life, through a planned chain of workshops and engagement to align individual business stream functions to the strategic direction. We also identified and implemented step-change initiatives including leading digitally led brand value solutions to existing and new education markets to deliver sector growth strategy.
