Background
Auma UK operates in the water, oil and utilities sectors, where their products are placed in heavy usage environments. High product performance is critical. Customer insight suggested that many of their clients wished to repair, rather than replace Auma products with less robust equipment.

Brief
Auma recognised that assurance of repair quality was critical in enhancing their brand reputation, whist giving its clients certainty of delivery. We helped Auma define its brand strategy, in developing client-oriented communications messaging, together with programme of certified training and development for their engineers dealing with Auma’s products.

We created a client focused brand proposition, where sector leading organisations understood the benefits of developing their engineers through the Auma programme. The innovative proposition came to life through an integrated blend of client focused communications material, together with engineer oriented technical training materials and support.
