Background
Mill Rise is an exclusive property development in a very desirable area in the North East of England. Both the developer and the property agent recognised that once the news of this development was in the public domain, demand would be high. However, there was a database of ‘high net-worth’ people who had expressed an interest in locating to the area, should the ‘right’ development become available. This would negate the need to push this opportunity to the open market.

Brief
As a small development, Mill Rise created the potential that enabled buyers to ‘co-design’ their home with the developer prior to purchase. The challenge was to create a proposition and approach, that would let potential buyers into the secret and the exclusive opportunity.
  

Solution
We worked with the developer to create an innovative sales process, culminating in a series sales invents focused at three core demographics. We used NLP practice to tailor sales messages which aligned with defined personality types. We used these insights to create bespoke sales materials and sales events leading to an increase in off-plan sales.
