Background
Over the years, we have staged a vast number of conferences and team building events and have always found that clients want to host something meaningful and memorable, that their teams can take back into their working lives and that resonates specifically with the way they work and their corporate culture.

Brief
We wanted to develop an experience-led format, to engage audiences in an activity, that could create a correlation with themes that present themselves in the workplace – things such as Leadership / followership, adherence to processes; problem-solving, communication and team building itself.

Solution
First, we built the brand identity and then we established a collaboration with Mint Cocktail Company, to enable us to perform cocktail making as a creative vehicle to bring teams together. By creating bespoke events for clients that use the cocktail making process to mirror the client’s challenges, we highlight solutions through facilitation by combining coaching conversations and theory with triple sec.
