Background
Like many third sector organisations, YMCA North Staffordshire found itself subjective to the decline in government funding. As an offensive approach, the executive team developed an ambitious vision and strategy, with the ambition to achieve a more robust and sustainable balance of funding (public and private sector) in order to provide consistent revenue streams over the long-term.

Brief
The Executive team recognised a requirement to build their organisational capability, in order to deliver their strategic aspirations. They wished to embark on a long-term development programme to build leadership capability and capacity, through sustained organisational development.

Solution
Alongside the development of the brand identity, we developed a phased approach based on the operational priorities, year-on-year. We co-developed the communications and organisational strategy and business planning over 10-year period, through a leadership framework and development programme to build leadership knowledge, behaviours and skills. We also delivered an Executive Team Coaching framework, supported by Extended DISC psychometric profiling.
